PREVENTION OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT COURSE

The Supervisor Sexual Harassment Prevention course is a two-hour training program which meets the biennial sexual harassment and discrimination training requirement for managers and supervisors in California.
The training will review the following topics: Information and practical guidance regarding federal, state and local regulations; Prohibition, prevention, correction and remedies of sexual harassment and abusive conduct in employment; How supervisors should respond in a variety of situations involving sexual harassment and abusive conduct; Discuss the requirements of an anti-sexual harassment and abusive conduct policy; Identifying kinds of sexual harassment and bullying.
Training provided by Pan American FREE of charge to LDGGA members and their employees.
