DESCRIPTION:Spanish: 8:00 am – 10:00 am\nEnglish: 10:30 am – 12:30 pm \nThe Sexual Harassment Prevention course is a two-hour training program which meets the biennial sexual harassment and discrimination training requirement for managers and supervisors in California. \nThis training will review the following topics:\nInformation and practical guidance regarding federal\, state and local regulations.\nProhibition\, prevention\, correction and remedies of sexual harassment and abusive conduct in employment.\nHow supervisors should respond in a variety of situations involving sexual harassment and abusive conduct.\nDiscuss the requirements of an anti-sexual harassment and abusive conduct policy.\nIdentifying kinds of sexual harassment and bullying. \nTraining provided by Pan American Insurance Services FREE of charge to LDGGA members\, but space is limited.
