Member Training: The Prevention of Sexual Harrassment

The Sexual Harassment Prevention course is a two-hour training program which meets the biennial sexual harassment and discrimination training requirement for managers and supervisors in California.
This training will review the following topics:
Information and practical guidance regarding federal, state and local regulations.
Prohibition, prevention, correction and remedies of sexual harassment and abusive conduct in employment.
How supervisors should respond in a variety of situations involving sexual harassment and abusive conduct.
Discuss the requirements of an anti-sexual harassment and abusive conduct policy.
Identifying kinds of sexual harassment and bullying.
